Radarr by Genesys helps you to filter specific post comments from Engage based on your preferences.

Please follow the below steps to remove upcoming comments coming to posts.

1. Click on a thread with a comment to the post for which you would like to remove the ongoing comments.

2. Navigate to the comment that was posted on a post from which you would like to filter/remove the ongoing comments, click the three-dot menu and click “Filter out Comments”

3. A pop will appear, asking to confirm the action. Click “Yes” to continue

4. You will receive a successful message saying “Comment filter applied for this post.”

In case you filtered comments by mistake, you can restore these messages from the “Comment Filter” option available under “Engage Settings”

Step 1 – Click on “Comment Filter” under “Engage Settings”

Step 2 – Select the comment that you would like to restore and click on “Save”

3. You will receive a message saying, “Comment restored successfully.”
