What is the difference between full data and sample data under the Listen Queries?
A combination of “Full data” and “Sample data” queries allows Radarr by Genesys users to customize their data feeds and collect data of relevance effectively and accurately.
Here is a quick overview of the two types of queries:
Full Data:
This pulls new data across different platforms such as X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, forums, online news sites. New data captured using this type of topic will be counted towards the account’s monthly data usage.
A full data query has a shorter character limit than a sample data query at 1,028 characters.
For example, consider the query below, a user wants to track data for a generic topic “Snacks”. The Boolean can be something like this:
(“snacks” OR “#snacks” OR “appetizer” OR “#appetizer”)
Sample Data:
This will pull data from previously configured topics and won’t pull new data. This will help organize posts on the platform into certain topics.
It has a longer character limit which is 5000 characters.
For example, consider the query below, a user wants to track data for specific types of snacks and beverages. With the Sample data enabled, the query will simply organize data that is already collected by the full data query.
(“snacks” OR “#snacks” OR “appetizer” OR “#appetizer”) AND (“Coke” OR “#Coke” OR “Coca-Cola” OR “#Coca-Cola” OR “Chips” OR “#Chips” OR “Cake” OR “#Cake”)
