A single Radarr SKU unit provides the following core entitlements: 

• 1 Listen Query/Topic OR 1 competitor page configured under the Page Analytics module. 

• A maximum capture limit of 50,000 posts per month for the Listen Query/Topic. 

• 3 Online Profiles connected in the Engage module. 

• 3 Automated Alerts. 

• 4 Named Users. 

Named User Basis: Users are calculated on a named user basis. Once a user is added to the platform, they count against the user limit regardless of their actual platform usage, unless their account is deleted. 

Your subscription is defined by the total number of SKUs specified in your purchase order. (Note: Trials typically include only one SKU.) 

Key Policies and Usage Management 

Data Quota 

• Monthly Limit: The total amount of data captured by your listening queries must not exceed 50,000 posts per month per SKU. For example, if you have 2 SKUs, your total quota is 100,000 posts. 

• Monitoring Usage: To track your account limits and usage, please refer to the following sections: 

• Connected Profiles: View the number of integrated social media pages. 

• Listen Settings: View the total number of users added to the platform. 

• Listen Queries: Monitor the number of configured search queries. 

• Data Usage Menu: Compare your real-time consumption against your allocated quota. 

• Alerts: It is recommended that you set up automated alerts to provide early warning when your usage approaches 80% or 90% of your monthly quota. 

Managing Over-Quota Usage 

• Preventive Action: If you have used over 90% of your data quota with time remaining in the month, we strongly suggest that you pause the listening query to stop further data capture and avoid incurring additional charges.
