Change handle and reply to comments in SMR

  • There will be an option for agents to change the handle and reply to the public comments. 
  • All the list of pages in that company will be shown and agents can select the page and reply from it.
  • The page list will be based on the platform the incoming message is for.
  • This is applicable only for public comments and not for private messages.
  • When the reply type is selected as a comment then there will be a new option next to message type to select the handle from where they want the reply to be sent from.
  • By default the page is the one for which the comment is received. 
  • There will be an indication in the outgoing message from which page the reply was sent from.
  • This is available for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn platforms.
