Radarr by Genesys allows tracking of two main types of mentions:

1. Earned / Organic Mentions 

• These mentions are identified based on specific keywords or hashtags, capturing posts containing those terms.

• They include naturally occurring conversations shared online by users, media outlets, or brands.

• Useful for monitoring discussions related to specific topics, industries, brands, or interests matching your chosen keywords.

2. Owned Mentions

• These mentions are primarily tracked based on specified sources, pages, authors, or accounts.

• All posts from the specified sources, pages, authors, or accounts are tracked, unlike keyword-based tracking.

• Ideal for monitoring all posts from your own pages, your competitors’ pages, key opinion leaders, or influencers.

• In the query builder, you can select “Configure Accounts and Pages” to set up tracking for all relevant accounts and pages, including your own and your competitors.
