SMP Dashboard will provide managers with a quick overview of publishing progress, in other words, a bird’s eye view of your social media publishing.  

The article below will assist you in locating the SMP Dashboard within the Radarr by Genesys Platform. 

Step 1: Click on the Publishing Module on the left-hand side of the Radarr by Genesys Platform. 

Step 2: Click the SMP Dashboard from the left-hand side of the Publishing module, and then select Social Profiles from the top right corner of the SMP Dashboard. 

The SMP Dashboard allows the manager to view the following items:  

1. Post Status Analysis 

Post Status Analysis shows you the status of the post for the specified profiles and duration.  

2. Platform-wise Posts Over Time  

The feature ‘Platform Posts over Time’ displays the number of posts published over time for various profiles across platforms.  

3. Platform-wise engagement over time.  

The feature ‘Platformwise Engagement over Time’ displays engagement over time for various profiles selected across platforms.  

4. Best/worst performing posts  

This feature will allow you to identify your best and worst performing posts in terms of impact score across platforms.
