What’s the difference between the two user types – User and Admin?

Radarr by Genesys has two types of users: User and Admin.

A. Users can only perform the functions listed below:

Listen and Engage 

  1. “Engage Dashboard” under “Dashboards” to view their statistics as an Agent under Engage. 
  1. “Listen Dashboard” under “Dashboards” 
  1. “Radarr Agent Desktop” 
  1. “Downloads” under “Others” 

Page analytics (Beta) 

Everything under this module is accessible by a person with “User” access 

B. Additionally, only Admins” can access the functionalities listed below:

System Configuration

  1. Connect Profiles – To authenticate social media accounts that will be tracked under Listen and responded to under Engage.
  2. Engage Settings – Click here for more information about this tab.
  3. Listen Queries – To create new social listening queries for capturing posts online.
  4. Listen Settings – To change users’ access from User to Admin (or vice-versa) and to create Teams.
