What’s the difference between the two user types – User and Admin?

Radarr by Genesys has two types of users: User and Admin.
A. Users can only perform the functions listed below:
Listen and Engage
- “Engage Dashboard” under “Dashboards” to view their statistics as an Agent under Engage.
- “Listen Dashboard” under “Dashboards”
- “Radarr Agent Desktop”
- “Downloads” under “Others”

Everything under this module is accessible by a person with “User” access
B. Additionally, only Admins” can access the functionalities listed below:
System Configuration
- Connect Profiles – To authenticate social media accounts that will be tracked under Listen and responded to under Engage.

- Listen Queries – To create new social listening queries for capturing posts online.
- Listen Settings – To change users’ access from User to Admin (or vice-versa) and to create Teams.
