The ‘Others’ tab contains several useful features in the Radarr by Genesys app.  

• Alerts 

Radarr by Genesys allows you to track conversations in real time and be notified of them as and when they meet the criteria that you have set.

• Activity Logs 

Activity Logs offer an overview of all activity in the Listen and Engage module, including agent logins, responses, and escalations. This data can be filtered for specific time periods and downloaded in the form of a CSV.  

• Quick Search 

This feature allows you to do a preliminary search to find and explore social media posts and comments from social media platforms collated together on Radarr by Genesys.   

The ‘Quick Search’ option is available on the homepage and the ‘Others’ tab. Learn more in this article. 

• Block Source 

For step-by-step instructions on blocking posts from specific users, accounts, pages, or sources, click on this link. 

• Wordcloud 

This is an exclusion list that allows you to clean the data by removing some recurring spam words. The exclusion applies to the Wordcloud chart in the Listen module.  

• Logo 

You can have your organization’s logo displayed on the platform by uploading an image of it in PNG or JPG format. Your logo will appear on the bottom left menu after you upload it.  

• Downloads 

All file downloads will be shared with the specific user via email, but they will also be available in the ‘Downloads’ section.
