To receive and respond to Telegram messages on Radarr by Genesys, one should authenticate their Telegram Bot token with Radarr by Genesys. This article helps us to obtain a Bot token from the Telegram

Step 1 – Go to https://web.telegram.org/a/

Step 2 –  Log in to your account

Step 3 – Search for BotFather, the one with the verified is the actual BotFather. Click on it

Step 4 – Type /newbot to create a new bot for your account and follow the instructions

Once done, BotFather will send you an access token, which you can copy and store to authenticate with Radarr By Genesys

Step 5 – Now log in to Radarr by Gensys account and paste your access token into the “Bot Token” and user name to authenticate

Step 6 – Radarr by Genesys will now receive messages from Telegram on the “Radarr Agent Desktop”

Note – 

1. This bot can be a part of the group from which all the messages will be received, make sure to give an admin access and provide the privileges shown below, 

2. We can also chat with the bot one-on-one
3. Messages will have at least 120 to 300 seconds delay
