Radarr By Genesys offers ‘automated alerts’ feature. You can check how to set these alerts and the meaning of the different fields that are required to fill here. Please refer below to see the different types of alerts Radarr By Genesys offers. 

1. Share of Voice – This alert will go off for the given email IDs if the selected news topics or sub-topics’ contribution to the overall buzz cross a threshold set by the user.  

2. Volume of Conversations – This alert will go off if the volume of conversations or the share of voice breakdown crosses a threshold set by the user. 

3. Negative Sentiment – This alert will go off if the negative sentiments in the conversations of the selected topic see a change in numbers as set by the user. 

4. Positive Sentiment – This alert is just like negative sentiment alert; the only difference is the sentiment will be positive instead of negative. 

5. Impact Score – This alert will go off if the weighted average score for likes, comments, and shares in different social media platforms for the selected topic will cross a threshold set by the user. 

6. Number of Comments – This alert will go off if the comments cross a certain number threshold for the selected topic. 

7. Number of Likes – Similar to number of comments alert, this alert will go off if the likes cross a certain number threshold. 

8. Traction – The Traction Score, based on a special algorithm, helps identify posts gaining high engagement rapidly. High or low traction indicates fast or slow engagement with content. This alert will go off when an engagement of a keyword crosses a threshold set by the user.  

9. Number of Shares – Similar to the number of comments and number of likes alerts, this alert will go off if the shares cross a certain threshold. 

10.  Number of Followers – Similar to number of comments, number of likes alerts and no. of shares, this alert will go off if the followers on any platforms cross a certain threshold. 

11. Keyword Alert (Real Time) For Listening – This alert will go off for Listening if a keyword matches with new posts crosses the threshold.  

12. Keyword Alert (Real Time) For Engage– This alert will go off for Engage if a keyword matches with new posts crosses the threshold.
