What is the “Analytics” Section all about?

Radarr by Genesys allows you to view your data into two main formats 

  • As a raw conversations feed – The Conversations Section 
  • As visualisations of your data – The Analytics Section 

The Analytics section allows you to visualize all your data by way of several charts and helps you arrive to your insights faster. 

Several charts within the Analytics section allow you to quickly reach and draw the insights that are most relevant to you. 

Please note that every chart in the Analytics section can be interacted with and can be downloaded in the form of a PNG or CSV file.
