How do I delete users in Radarr by Genesys?

NOTE: A Genesys Cloud user must have access to the “Admin” tab and must also be a Radarr Admin user to delete Radarr users.
- In the Radarr app, go to “System Configuration” > “Listen Settings” > then click on the edit icon on the user that you would like to delete.

- A pop-up will appear where you can click “Inactive” beside status. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

3. Next, you need to remove the user from the “Radarr_Users” group in Genesys Cloud. To do this, go to “Admin” > “Directory” > “Groups”. Select “Radarr_Users”, then click “Edit”. Search for the name of the user to be removed, click the “X” button at the rightmost column, then click “Save”.
